A psychiatrist is a medical doctor (MD or DO) who has received specialty training in diagnosis and treatment of mental illness. A forensic psychiatrist is a psychiatrist who has received further subspecialty training in the interface between psychiatry and the legal system.

A psychologist is a professional who received a graduate degree in psychology and is qualified to provide talk therapy. As medical doctors, psychiatrists are able to read and interpret medical records.
I am licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania, California, and Florida. I currently provide clinical care to adult inpatients in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
I am available for new expert witness engagements from attorneys. I am not currently taking new outpatients in my clinical practice.
I provide an initial 15-minute phone consultation to attorneys free of charge. After that, I charge a retainer fee and an hourly rate. I do not provide services on a lien or contingency basis. Please contact me for further information.
